We have struggled many times lately to explain, much less understand, how the container shipping industry has been so dramatically disrupted during the 12 months or so. So much has changed (e.g., skyrocketing prices, lack of containers, delays at ports, etc.). All these developments have worked against the interests of our customers and companies like mine that relies on the shipping industry.
